What devices do you support?
We currently focus on Android smartphones and tablets. Support may vary by manufacturer, chipset, and Android version. The iTECHMobile Client will automatically check compatibility during diagnostics.
Do you see my personal data?
Technicians see your screen during the repair session, similar to handing your device to a local shop. We do not deliberately browse personal content and only access settings and tools required for the repair. You can disconnect at any time if you're uncomfortable.
What if the repair fails?
If the AI engine estimates a low probability of success, we will tell you before payment. In cases where a repair cannot be completed after payment, our support team will review the session for a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances and our refund policy.
Is this safe for my device?
Any repair carries some risk, but our AI includes a risk assessment and our technicians follow standardized procedures. High-risk operations are clearly indicated and may be declined if the risk of permanent damage is too high.
Do I need to be at the computer during the repair?
We recommend that you stay nearby while your device is connected. You can watch the entire repair via live mirroring and disconnect when we’re done.
How do I become a technician on the platform?
